MY STORY

Build the business.
Keep the life.

I’m Barry G. Bradham, Founder of Entre Engage Foundation, entrepreneur, author, mentor, technologist, and innovator. The work has always been about what it makes possible.

Growth taught me
what ambition couldn’t.

When I was building BFW Displays, I learned something many business owners know too well: growth doesn’t automatically create freedom. If every question, decision, and problem comes back to you, a growing business can simply become a bigger job.

I started changing how I built. Clear processes replaced repeated explanations. Systems made follow-through more dependable. People took ownership of outcomes. And I learned to grow what worked, instead of multiplying the chaos.

Those lessons became From Chaos to C.A.L.M.—Control, Automate, Lead, Multiply. They now shape how I approach my businesses, my writing, and the people I mentor.

“I struggled. I want to make the path a little easier for the next person.”

THE PURPOSE BEHIND THE WORK

Success has to leave
room for what matters.

For me, that includes my wife, Miranda, family and friends, faith, health, fitness, the ocean, and the freedom to keep exploring. It includes learning, teaching, and helping someone see an opportunity they couldn’t see before.

I’m based in Huntington Beach, California. The coastal lifestyle is part of the picture, but the bigger idea travels anywhere: your business should support a meaningful life.

I founded Entre Engage Foundation to make entrepreneurship more accessible to young entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs with diverse abilities, and senior entrepreneurs. Its mission is to raise funds and develop grants and practical support for education, events and travel, startup needs, and business development. Senior Hustle focuses on senior entrepreneurship. I want what I build to create practical opportunities others can carry forward.
